Search For Existing Patient

Searching Existing Patient Details:

1. Navigate to the Search Section:

   • Go to the patient search section in the software.

     
2. Filter By Options:

   • Use the Filter By option to choose the search criteria:

     • Patient Name

     • Patient ID

     • Mobile Number

     • Hospital ID

3. Enter Search Details:

   • Input the relevant details based on the chosen filter.

4. View Results:

   • Review the search results and click on the patient's name to view their details.
