How to Check Previous Visit History

Checking Previous Visit History:

1. Navigate to the Registration Screen:

   • Open the registration screen for the patient.

2. Click the Plus icon:

   

   • The previous visit history will be displayed on the same screen.

   

Where to Enter the Patient Assessment

1. Navigate to Patient Assessment:

   • Click on the Patient Assessment icon on the patient's profile or registration screen.

2. Fill in the Patient Assessment Details:

   • Enter the relevant patient assessment details in the provided fields.
