How to Clear Patient Bill Due

  1. Navigate to the Due Clearance Screen:

    • Open the Due Clearance section in the software.

  2. Search for the Patient:

    • Enter the patient's name or Visit ID in the search bar.

  3. Select the Patient:

    • Click on the patient option button/icon next to the appropriate patient record.

  4. Collect Due Amount:

    • Enter the amount collected to clear the due balance.

  5. Save the Details:

    • Click on the save button to update the system with the payment information.
